Processing & Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Germany, Italy, Austria: 1–3 working days

Rest of Europe: 4–7 working days

USA: 4–10 working days
If a product is marked as "In Production – Pre-Order Now", please allow 4–8 weeks for your watch to be handmade and shipped. This ensures the highest quality for every piece.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Orders are shipped from Italy. For deliveries outside the European Union (for example the United Kingdom and the USA), local customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or handling fees.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Delays & Liability
We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, once your order has been handed over to the shipping company, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.
You will always receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and proof of purchase. All returns undergo a quality inspection, and the packaging must remain intact. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or unsellable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Timeframe
Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days. You must provide us with a valid tracking number within this period. If we do not receive a shipping confirmation within the stated timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Delivery, Customs & Carrier Handling
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier and the recipient. Tracking information provided by the carrier constitutes proof of shipment and delivery status.
If a shipment is held by customs or the local carrier for reasons including, but not limited to, unpaid duties, taxes, fees, identity verification, or collection requirements, it is the customer’s responsibility to complete the necessary steps within the carrier’s specified timeframe.
If a parcel is not collected, accepted, or cleared within the carrier’s retention period and is returned to sender, this will be treated as a return-to-sender case, not a lost shipment.
Uncollected or Returned-to-Sender Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, failure to respond to carrier notifications, or failure to complete customs requirements, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the item has been physically returned to and received at our warehouse.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer may choose between a reshipment (shipping costs may apply), or a refund for the product price only
Original shipping costs, customs charges, duties, and carrier handling fees are non-refundable.
Returned-to-sender shipments are not considered delivery failures on our part if carrier tracking shows that the shipment reached the destination country and was available for delivery or collection.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping & Import Duties
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item from outside the European Union, you must clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs duties or import taxes. Any customs charges or import fees that arise due to incorrect labeling or failure to declare the return properly will not be covered by us and will be deducted from your refund if incurred.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate. Umbra Noctis is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address information provided by the customer.
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you. You may choose to have the package resent to a corrected address, in which case a new shipping fee will apply.
Refunds will not be issued for orders that are undeliverable due to customer address errors unless the package is successfully returned to us in its original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
