Beautiful watch, received it with some problems but resolved in a few times talkin with the support team..i think it can be better but great work.

At first I was a bit hesitant only saw Umbra Noctis on Insta and didn’t know if it was just hype or the real deal. But honestly? They delivered.

I went for the Shadow King and the watch looks even better in real life and the quality really surprised me in a good way.

What really stood out though was the customer service. I had a quick question about adjusting the strap, sent an email in the evening and had a super helpful reply waiting for me the next morning. No copy-paste stuff, just genuinely helpful.

So yeah great product, great support, and a brand that clearly puts thought into what they do. Definitely not my last order.

My Shadow King watch had a small defect and I contacted customer support. They responded super fast and sent me a new one right away. Very impressed.

Got the Midnight and it's easily my favorite accessory now. Love the matte black and the subtle design details. Definitely recommend.
